Welcome
After working in the banking industry as a consumer lender for 6 years Rob began his mortgage banking career in 2001 with Major Mortgage. Rob started out working as a loan officer, became Branch Manager for the Cheyenne office, and eventually was promoted to Secondary Market Manager.
After the sale of Major Mortgage to Market Street Mortgage in 2006 Rob and is team joined the Wallick and Volk Family. Rob became the Area Manager overseeing branch operations in Wyoming and Colorado. Rob’s branches have assembled great teams which focus on providing great customer service.
Expectations
As Branch Manager Rob’s responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations, recruiting of new talent, staff development, and overall profitability of the branch. Our branch maintains a “Client for Life” philosophy.
It is the expectation of our branch to ensure all of our clients are well informed of all of the loan program options available to them, and that they are kept well informed through out the loan process. We expect our branches to provide unparalleled customer service.
