I have been a mortgage professional for more than 20 years. I have broad knowledge of the mortgage industry, having begun my career as a loan processor and serving clients today as a mortgage loan officer. I draw on my experience at each stage of a home-purchase or refinance transaction, providing you with excellent service. I understand every detail of the lending process, from start to finish, and I overlook nothing.
I do more than originate mortgage loans, though. I spend time with my clients, counseling and educating them to determine which loan program best suits their long-term goals, whether they are buying a home that will be their primary residence or purchasing their first investment property. Obtaining a mortgage is a unique situation for every person wanting to achieve the American Dream, home ownership.
I also spend a great deal of time with potential borrowers, who may not be quite ready to purchase a home. I specialize in credit counseling, helping clients overcome credit issues or whatever else might stand in their way. I get them on the right path so that they, too, can become homeowners in the near future.
