About Glen
Glen Carpenter is a loan officer with Wallick & Volk Mortgage Bankers. Glen and his wife moved to the Phoenix area in the summer of 1994 from Topeka, Kansas. Glen really got his start in the financial business back in Kansas, where he worked as a financial planner prior to relocating to Arizona. Shortly after arriving in Arizona, Glen got into the residential lending business and he has been “hooked” ever since. He has often said that his job as a loan officer is, without a doubt, the most enjoyable thing he has ever done for a living. Although Glen works with any and all borrowers, he says that he really enjoys working with first-time homebuyers the most. To help someone into their first home is very much an educational process for the borrower, and it is extremely rewarding for Glen when he has the opportunity to tell them, “Congratulations!
