It's becoming “mortgage-literate” and understanding the importance of mortgage management. Our success is dependent on helping our customers realize this vision. For example, all Wallick & Volk mortgage advisors are required to achieve the CMPS designation to help them better serve our customers.

Each person at Wallick & Volk is part of the process of helping our clients own their homes. No one employee can meet our customer's needs, but must work with other employees to meet our goals. We have two clients at Wallick and Volk, the prospective mortgage holder and the internal client—the co-worker that needs our assistance to complete the dream for our primary clients.
That's the same philosophy that is applied to our employees. We view our corporate staff and our branch staff as vital parts of our corporate family, in fact, one of our most important assets. Perhaps that's why Wallick & Volk consistently has low employee turnover - one of the lowest rates of turnover in the high-demand, often stressful, field of mortgage banking.
